Senior PMO Analyst

£50,952 - £57,349 per annum
ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Senior PMO Analyst to join a private organisation who provide guidance and advice for public heath and social care.
As Senior PMO Analyst you will oversee the Programme Management Office processes, ensuring that projects have been adequately defined, impacts have been considered, appropriate documentation has been completed and that progress reports are provided.
The Role:
- Support project leads in developing project plans, maintaining, and updating project information, tracking actions and milestones, key performance indicators, risks and issues and quantitative/qualitative benefits.
- Produce, consolidate, and issue reports as necessary with input from taskforce leads, in line with programme governance requirements.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships and engagement with internal and external stakeholders
- Monthly overall KPIs milestones, business plan high-level projects liaising with executive leads
- Experience of co-ordination of reporting activity including effective reporting processes and workflows
Requirements:
- Develop, produce and present a wide range of complex information reports and analysis on a regular and ad hoc basis. Reports include spreadsheet-based reports, which need to be presented in a high quality and user-friendly format
- Previous experience in PMO reporting and risk management
- Good communication, planning and organisation skills
- Must be able to work within a team
- Motivated, positive and proactive approach to work
- Must have a PMO background, with an analytical focus due to the number of reports to deliver
- Prepare regular reports for transformation governance groups as required
