This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning sustainability consultancy who provide highly technical expertise to various clients across the UK. They are on the lookout for a technical Sustainability consultant who specialises within SAP and Part L to join their team in Bristol.
A Sustainability Consultant will be responsible for:
- Produce Part L SAP assessments and calculations that comply with UK building regulations
- Active engagement with clients and provide sustainability and energy strategies to minimise the environmental impact of their projects
- Produce psi value calculations for client projects
- Oversee client relationships, internal project structure and ensure project completion through collaboration with colleagues
The ideal Sustainability Consultant will have:
- An OCDEA qualification through a credible accreditation scheme
- Demonstrable experience delivering Part L SAP Assessments
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within a Sustainability Consultancy or another relevant role within the built environment
- Experience with software's such as IES software as well as delivering psi value calculations would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
