The Role
Joining one of our established teams you will have a varied role including:
- Business Development:
Engaging with both established and prospective businesses to enhance relationships and map the local business landscape.
- Candidate Sourcing:
Identifying potential candidates using job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Job Postings:
Crafting and managing advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
- Screening:
Conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability.
- Interview Coordination:
Organising interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Database Management:
Updating and maintaining candidate information with utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administrative Support:
Providing essential support to the recruitment team, including document preparation.
- Market Research:
Keeping abreast of industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.
About You
No previous experience is needed, but you will have a thirst for learning! You should be forward-thinking, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a sales environment.
