As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a robust people strategy, contributing significantly to the overall success of the company. You will be a trusted advisor and partner to the leadership team, providing excellent support and guidance across all areas of your business unit. This is a hybrid working role, with the option to work from home 2 days per week.

Description

The HR Business Partner will:

  • Deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
  • Maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring needs of the business and employment law are considered at all times
  • Drive performance management processes, working with line managers to up-skill and change behaviours
  • Implement and monitor ongoing HR performance indicators
  • Support change management processes

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • CIPD Level 5 or above
  • Proven HR generalist experience at Business Partner level
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Proficiency in employment law
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Ability to design and implement HR strategies
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
