This is what you will be doing
As a Real Estate Finance Lawyer, your duties and responsibilities will include:-
- Manage Work streams: Oversee the day-to-day operations of established work streams for banking clients.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and develop a team of four paralegals, ensuring high standards and efficiency.
- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with project managers, legal technologists, and the wider Real Estate Finance team.
- Innovative Solutions: Advocate for innovation and service delivery optimisation within the firm.
- Client Engagement: Assist in acquiring new clients and identifying opportunities for new work streams.
The experience you will bring to the team
You will bring the following experience to the Real Estate Finance Team:-
- Qualified Lawyer: UK qualified lawyer (CILEX qualifications welcomed).
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of one year as a qualified real estate lawyer, banking lawyer, or real estate finance lawyer.
- Supervisory Skills: Previous experience supervising at least one person within a legal team.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge in real estate finance.
- Client-Focused: Ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
