Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location: Secondary Schools in Accrington

Start Date: September 24/ October 24 (half term)

We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated teams in Accrington. You will work closely with our SEN departments to provide personalized support to students with a range of additional needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing one-on-one and group support to students with SEN

Assisting classroom teachers with differentiated lesson plans and activities

Developing and implementing individualized support strategies for students

Encouraging and engaging students in their learning and development

Helping to create a positive and nurturing classroom environment

Collaborating with teachers, SEN coordinators, and support staff to meet the diverse needs of students
