Senior Product Manager, Specialist Tour Operator, £52-57k, Remote. A fantastic opportunity to join specialist tour operator that offers highly experiential tours in off the beaten track destinations. The role can be fully remote with occasional visits to their UK head office throughout the year.
Senior Product Manager Responsibilities
- Reporting to the commercial director, you will be responsible for leading a small team of 2 Product Managers.
- Developing and enhancing the companies product proposition.
- Account manage DMC partnerships.
- Review and develop the companies flights proposition.
- Review processes, systems and structures to manage increasing complex product mix.
- Maintain and improve suite of extension and add-on packages.
- Work closely with the general manager to develop the overall proposition.
Senior Product Manager Skills Required
- A minimum of 8 years product management experience gained in tour operating sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to capitalise on revenue generating product opportunities.
- Hands on experience and an understanding of Destination Management Companies and Flights Management.
- Experience leading a small team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion or interest in adventure travel, wildlife or travelling to far flung destinations.
Senior Product Manager Additional Details
- A basic salary in the region of £52,000 - £57,000 depending on experience
