The Service Administrator role is a vital role within the business that provides support to both the wider service team and customers direct.
Key Duties include:
- Coordinate service requests and schedule service appointments for maintenance and repairs
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on service requests
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and customer feedback
- Assist in the coordination of technician schedules and dispatching of service personnel
- Monitor inventory levels of service parts and supplies, and place orders as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client enquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the preparation of service contracts and agreements
Skills/Experience required:
- Previous experience in a service role would be preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
