Location: Ashford
Job Type: Full time/permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (Office based)
Salary: Negotiable (dependent on experience)

The Service Administrator role is a vital role within the business that provides support to both the wider service team and customers direct.

Key Duties include:

  • Coordinate service requests and schedule service appointments for maintenance and repairs
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on service requests
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and customer feedback
  • Assist in the coordination of technician schedules and dispatching of service personnel
  • Monitor inventory levels of service parts and supplies, and place orders as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client enquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in the preparation of service contracts and agreements

Skills/Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a service role would be preferred
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
