Role Summary

As part of this role as a Premier Support Administrator you will undertake a range of tasks and activities required to deliver the complex, high-profile Executive and Discretionary share plan operational service. You will work closely with your colleagues on the wider Premier Team on a daily basis to ensure work is completed on time and in line with our clients' expectations.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

  • Support trade settlement for all Executive and Discretionary trades including allocation of shares and payments to clients and participants. This includes liaising daily with Clients, Client Relationship Managers, Payroll Providers, Third-party brokers, Registrars, Trusts and internal teams (Premier Admin, Custody Settlements / ECD Trust / Custody Cash / EQX / EQPay / CPC / CSN / GN) regarding the instructions for settlement, monitor the timely settlement of trades and resolving queries received by email.
  • Deliver to client SLA's and meet regulatory requirements whilst managing own workload to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables and escalate to Team Leader if timescales cannot be met.
  • Liaising with Brokers to ensure stock is delivered in a controlled manner. This is critical due to the high value nature of these trades being submitted by Senior Executives and Board Members.
  • Dealing with queries directly from Senior Executive Employees regarding their Share Plans via e-mail
  • Liaising with internal teams to submit trade instructions in the system, book FX contracts in EQPAY and issue out contract notes to participants. This includes completing any rectification work required across multiple platforms and engaging with other teams such as EQX and IT to identify reconciliation breaks and resolve within tight deadlines.
  • Preparation and reconciliation of outgoing files for the Company payroll / HR departments ensuring bespoke client processes are adhered to. This includes dealing with and responding to any queries from payrolls / clients.
  • Ensuring that data loaded between main operating systems is accurate and timely.
