Key Responsibilities
- Handling post-completion tasks related to residential and commercial property transactions.
- Submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns and Land Registry applications.
- Ensuring all post-completion documentation is accurately processed and filed.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties to resolve post-completion issues.
- Maintaining and updating case management systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a post-completion or conveyancing role.
- Strong understanding of property transaction processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
