Active Recruitment are currently working with an outstanding Mainstream Primary School in Newham who are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join them in September, on a long-term basis, with a view to go permanent. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping to make an impact for students with Special Educational Needs such as, autism, social and emotional needs, and other learning difficulties.
Roles and responsibilities of the Learning Support Assistant:
- To support students with their learning in lessons, working with them individually and in small groups.
- Assisting kids with learning disabilities, Autism, challenging behaviour, SEMH.
- Supporting students, who have special needs, with their learning.
- Demonstrate skill and initiative working with young people.
