Legal Secretary – Corporate & Commercial

What You'll Do:
Join a busy Corporate & Commercial team, where you'll play a key role in providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence and emails from dictation or draft
- Client onboarding and file opening
- Diary and calendar management, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handling client calls and correspondence with professionalism
- Formatting and editing legal documents, including cross-referencing
- Invoicing and liaising with the accounts team on billing matters
- Managing digital filing, archiving and case records
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Legal Secretary with:
- Previous legal secretarial experience (corporate law preferred, but not essential)
- Strong typing and digital dictation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with case management systems or CRM software (desirable)
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- A professional, client-focused approach and team spirit
