Job Description:
- Oversee the full client engagement from start to finish
- Prepare exceptional, unique travel itineraries that meet client needs and financial constraints
- Co-ordinating and overseeing all aspects of the customized tours
- Remain informed of market trends and provide helpful insights
Experience Required:
- Must have experience in B2C tailor-made sales consultant role
- Proven track record in selling travel experiences to Southern and East Africa
- Success in achieving sales targets in a results-orientated environment.
- Experience leading others to elevate service levels that wow customers
- Customer focussed with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
