The sales recruitment Network are recruiting for industrial workers, to work for one of their Global clients, early and late shifts, rotating. This is a perm role.
Pack personalised cards and related materials into envelopes as per the designated dispatch method and language variant.
Follow the work instruction diligently to ensure correct materials are used
Identify and resolve issues with materials and work place layout
Highlight issues with equipment
Ensure daily targets are met
Workplace:
Maintain an orderly and clean work environment
Pack up and clean at the end and during each shift
Prepare the work station for the next shift, ensuring all materials and consumables are replenished
Pack personalised cards and related materials into envelopes
Return cartons and outer boxes for recycling
Fulfill other roles as required when others are away - for example material stock replenishment, and dispatching to Mail.
Quality and Efficiency:
Contribute to improving quality, and continuous improvement practices within the team.
Ensure all packed items meet company standards and are ready for dispatch according to the daily production schedule.
Monitor and manage the physical count of cards assigned to the individual packing station to detect any losses or issues, before, during and after packing.
Environmental Health & Safety:
Diligently evaluate risks, identify process and practices that may cause damage to tools, products or the health and well-being of others
Report any and all know issue to the team leader
