An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Sales Manager to join a growing East Grinstead based roofing company that specialises in gutter cleaning, repairs, and replacements, and roof cleaning and repairs of both residential and commercial properties.
As a Commercial Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Growing the customer-base and creating your own accounts
- Answering incoming calls and taking bookings from callers
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Keeping records and handling logistics around a booking
- Emailing quotations to clients and following up
- Contacting existing customers and booking them in for future work
We're looking for a Commercial Sales Manager with the following:
- Sales or booking experience (roof experience not needed as training is given)
- Excellent communication skills, B2B knowledge preferred but not essential
- Good organisation skills and experience using a CRM system
- Basic computer/IT skills
- A friendly and helpful attitude and most importantly, a team player
You will be working Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30.
