Role Overview:
As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with senior managerial or directorial staff to provide administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Managing data, filing, and organizing office processes.
- Booking travel, visas, and accommodation for managers.
- Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests
- Corresponding on behalf of the manager via email, faxes, and post.
- Organising and maintaining diaries.
- Making appointments.
- Organizing and attending meetings.
- Ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings.

- Good organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in data management.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Familiarity with first aid and moving/handling techniques.
