Academics are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team in Westminster for a one-year fixed contract with the option to extend.
Key Responsibilities for Teaching Assistant
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Assist with classroom management and provide individual support to pupils.
- Help with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and encouragement.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and nurturing approach to education.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education (preferred but not essential).
