You will be overseeing a small team and have full autonomy to ensure the estate is being run and managed.
Role Overview:
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee comprehensive facilities operations, ensuring environments are safe, secure, and optimally maintained.
- Compliance and Safety Management: Act as the primary lead for all health and safety matters, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and overseeing facility-related policies and procedures.
- Project and Team Management: Direct a team responsible for the day-to-day operations of estate services, fostering professional development and ensuring high standards of maintenance and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance and estate services across multiple sites, ensuring all activities comply with safety standards and promote operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage strategic plans for facilities expansion, maintenance, and compliance.
- Coordinate with external contractors, ensuring services meet the institution's stringent standards.
