Our client, a leading events company, is seeking to add a Sales Team Leader. This role offers the chance to drive sales across a unique events set up.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of up to £65K + uncapped commission. The role offers flexibility with a majority remote working arrangement, though there's also the option to work from the office if preferred.
The Person:
- Ideally, you'll have significant experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on new business development.
- A track record of stability in previous roles is essential - frequent job changes without clear rationale will be a red flag.
- You'll excel in building and nurturing relationships, driven by a self-starter attitude.
- A consultative sales style will be key to your success in this role.
- Experience in event sales would be highly beneficial, however all B2B sales experience will be considered.
