Job Role: Agency Head Chef
Location: Bristol
Pay Rate: £21.52 per hour (Base £19.20 + £2.32 holiday pay)
Next season, we're thrilled to host hospitality events at an exciting stadium in Bristol for all home games. We're looking for exceptional Head Chefs to lead our teams to culinary success. These are open live kitchens, so our Head Chefs must be presentable, friendly, and passionate about delivering high-quality, fast-paced dining experiences. Chefs with experience in stadia or corporate dining will be a great fit. We need your commitment for most home matches, which will be on evenings and weekends from August 2024 to May 2025.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Lead/Head Chef
- Excellent English skills
- Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety and HACCP
- Have experience in training, mentoring, and scheduling and cost control.
- Have experience in Client facing kitchens.
- Proven history in managing large teams.
- Experience in stadia, events, or high-standard à la carte settings!
- Availability for the majority of match days on weekends and evenings.
