The role includes:- assisting with the drafting and filing of legal documents & client telephone queries, managing and organising legal correspondence and documentation - typing correspondence and documents (audio experience desirable). Coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, providing administrative support to legal professionals - file opening, giving quotes and sending out quote letters, scanning, photocopying and filing, managing email correspondence. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion, ensuring the smooth running of the department and assisting with general compliance.
You need to have proven experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally in a Private Client Department/ Wills, Trust and Probate experience but not essential), excellent knowledge of legal terminology and documentation and be enthusiastic and confident. Interested....... email your CV through now!
