Receptionist

Our client is known as a "collaborative" legal firm who believe that investing in their staff is investing in their clients.

They are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join them.

What will you be doing?

  • Switchboard duties - answering, forwarding, directing and screening all external and internal calls across the firm.
  • Greeting clients/visitors/staff.
  • Booking meeting rooms and managing calendar.
  • Providing refreshments and client care for visitors.
  • Setting up meeting rooms and restocking comfort items; making sure rooms are clean and presentable throughout the day.
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing post.
  • First aider & fire marshal responsibilities.
  • Witnessing and signing of official documentation as and when required.

What will you bring?

  • Previous experience as a front house receptionist
  • Confident and well presented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team worker
  • Strong IT skills
