An exciting opportunity awaits for a Utilities Administrative Assistant to join a rapidly expanding property investment and development firm nestled in North West London.
This role will be best suited for someone with strong administration skills and a excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have good sorganisational skills and must be comfortable with IT and communicating verbally and via email with clients.
This is a Mon-Fri office based role, 9am-5pm.
Key Duties:
- Check invoices are received correctly and follow up with suppliers if any problems arise
- Ensure all invoices have been posted to their correct files
- Reviewing and querying invoices
- Liaising with other members of staff to facilitate their requirements with various companies
- Collate meter reads
- Update spreadsheets via Internal Company App
Key Skills:
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
- Good understanding of search engines
