Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to customer emails promptly and accurately.
- Engage with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and queries swiftly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
