Pay rate: £21.79

Main duties of the job
- Manage a varied caseload of patients including stroke, neurological conditions, dementia and other acquired communication/swallowing disorders.
- assess, diagnose, plan and deliver treatment programmes to patients in their care, using evidence-based treatments
- will promote independence, function and integration within the community using a multi-disciplinary approach
- be responsible for own caseload in the clinical setting, including patients with complex needs, working without direct supervision
To be successful in applying for this role you will need:
- Degree or equivalent in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC Registration
- Post graduate dysphagia training
- Experience working in a community setting
- Previous experience within stroke and neurology assessment/rehabilitation
- Valid UK Drivers licence and access to a vehicle
