Residential Conveyancer

Our client is one of the largest law firms in Essex and East London, with multiple offices across the area. Established over 40 years ago, they offer multiple legal services for individuals and businesses and aim to provide an excellent service for their clients. They are currently looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join them in their Grays office.
Duties
- Handling a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing files, including but not limited to freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership, new build and more without supervision
- Complying with internal and external policy
- Meeting targets and deadlines
- Title checking and signing off files
- Providing guidance to a paralegal regarding their own caseload if needed
- Delivering exceptional client service at all times
You
- You must have at least 3 years' experience within residential conveyancing
- You must be able to carry a full caseload of residential conveyancing files without supervision
- You must be able to title check
- Well-rounded knowledge of residential conveyancing
- Experience is required, but no qualification neccessary
- Team player
- Fantastic communication skills
On Offer
- Annual salary up to £40,000
- Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
- 24 days holiday plus bank holidays
