The ideal candidate will provide essential support to a fee earner and work as part of a highly successful team. This role is a senior appointment and you will be playing a key role working on a diverse range of property transactions in commercial and business property working closely with the fee earner.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
- Ideally, but not essential - a previous knowledge of business property or residential property and CILEX/SQE's or equiv.
- Previous track record as a paralegal/legal assistant.
- Team player.
- Able to take on key responsibilities and decision making - this is a senior role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Build relationships with clients and third parties.
