IT Support Analyst Circa £25,000 Bristol - Hybrid
We are representing a managed service provider specialising in Microsoft technologies. They are looking for an IT Support Analyst to help provide 1st line technical support to their customers.
As an IT Support Analyst you will perform remote support to customers through a ticketing system, resolving incidents and service requests quickly and efficiently. You shall gain exposure to a range of technologies and have the opportunity to further develop your skillset with fellow enthusiastic IT professionals.
What we are looking for:
- Some experience working in an IT Support role. (Ideally 1+ years experience).
- A positive mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Ideally experience working with Microsoft Azure Stack.
