Waterstream and Compass Pools, the leading and multi-award-winning swimming pool retailer in the UK, are looking to recruit enthusiastic Swimming Pool Engineers into their installation department based in Horsham on a full-time basis.
You will join a rapidly growing team and help deliver luxury fibreglass Swimming Pools throughout the UK as a multi-skilled installation Engineer. We will give you full training to become one of our high Installation engineers.
Our business is growing at a double-digit rate in an industry that is going from strength to strength. By volume of pools installed, we are the largest pool installer in the UK by a long way. We are expanding our yards with a new top of the range production warehouse and new showroom.
You will work in an environment where no day is the same. You will be expected to be flexible, and a team player committed to driving towards a common goal. You will stay away during the week as well as work locally. You will install a high-end luxury product with a high-end finish for many high-end customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will need to be a process-driven individual with keen attention to detail and the ability to use hand and power tools (full training to be provided)
- The ability to problem-solve issues and maximise quality for our discerning clients
- A successful candidate must have a full driving licence and be happy to work outside in all weathers, working across the UK, reporting directly to the Install Management
- Landscaping and Groundwork's experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Operations of dumpers and diggers (NPORS training provided)

Candidates with previous experience or job titles including; Gardener, Gardening, Horticulture, Facilities Operative, Maintenance, Garden, Landscaping, Groundwork's, Landscaper, and Pool Construction may also be considered for this role. But this is not essential as full training will be given.
