Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Stockport
Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Salary : £13.00 Can be negotiable
Responsibilities:
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the manufacturing processes, ensuring the timely and efficient production of high-quality furniture and interiors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising Production: Manage and lead the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined manufacturing processes.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve any production issues.
- Health and Safety: Uphold a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for candidates with experience in furniture manufacturing.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a production team, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and other departments.
