This PE Backed Elland based business in the construction industry is looking for you to be their next Finance Manager reporting into the Group Head of Finance. You'll have full responsibility for the finance function of one part of the group and a small team to manage. You'll have a HOF and CFO above you who are both really passionate about developing staff and have a track record of supporting staff.
You'll have the opportunity to be in a role with a mix of technical accounting along with commercial reporting, analysis and business partnering. As the business grows there's lots to do around process and systems including a possible new integration. The PE house backing the business will be looking at possible M&A work and this role will be involved in the process so it's a great opportunity to get your first exposure of it.
