In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping HR processes, driving internal improvements, and supporting key HR initiatives to align with the business's strategic objectives. You'll work closely with senior management and act as a trusted advisor across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and delivering process improvement projects across the HR function
- Providing expert advice on complex employee relations matters
- Supporting the recruitment of senior roles within the organisation
- Managing and advising on maternity, paternity, flexible working requests, and other HR matters
- Partnering with various departments to ensure HR practices meet business needs and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Strong generalist HR experience with a proven track record in senior-level HR support
- Demonstrated experience in change management and process improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices
