The Sales Manager is looking to recruit an exceptional sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possess a real hunger for success. This role will be office based in Andover HQ
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and manage a portfolio of customer accounts
- Developing multi-functional and multi-level business relationships within our target market
- Outbound calls to grow area - (Cold calls, LinkedIn, Seminars)
- Identifying and resolving customer issues, including working with internal departments when needed
- Contributing to revenue growth by upselling/uplifting and seizing every opportunity
- Working towards weekly KPI's and monthly targets; both individually and as a team
- Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through a mixture of retention and growth
