Key Account Manager

Our client are one of the leading specialist shop fittings & drylining supplier in the UK. Established for over 50 years.

The Sales Manager is looking to recruit an exceptional sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possess a real hunger for success. This role will be office based in Andover HQ

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Developing multi-functional and multi-level business relationships within our target market
  • Outbound calls to grow area - (Cold calls, LinkedIn, Seminars)
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues, including working with internal departments when needed
  • Contributing to revenue growth by upselling/uplifting and seizing every opportunity
  • Working towards weekly KPI's and monthly targets; both individually and as a team
  • Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through a mixture of retention and growth

  • A person capable of decisive and effective decision-making, in a time pressured environment
  • Someone that really enjoys resolving problems and demonstrates high levels of resilience, self-motivation, and flexibility.
  • Tech Savvy & Proficient in using CRM/Microsoft Office/Google Suite applications etc
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness and highly fine-tuned negotiation skills
  • Think Strategically, act rationally and perform passionately
  • Strong organisational skills: ability to manage multiple priorities whilst meeting deadlines
  • Pro-active and goal-oriented mind set
