Career Teachers is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team in Derby City Primary Schools. As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting classroom teachers, delivering engaging lessons, and providing individualised support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring all students are engaged and supported.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them overcome learning challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Conduct assessments and provide feedback on student progress.
  • Support the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA.
