Senior Telephone Sales Executive – Doncaster – £28,400 (OTE £40,000)
Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a successful, growing financial services business within the Doncaster area who are currently seeking an experienced and energetic sales professional to join their bright and dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving business, playing a key role in the development of sales, professionally representing the business and building rapport with prospective and existing customers. You'll take a prompt approach in responding to generated leads, aiming to meet conversion rates and close sales whilst ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Senior Telephone Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Advising on suitable options available for pre-qualified customers
- Identifying sales opportunities and ensuring to promote key business features
- Maintaining follow-up procedures for new clients
- Organising client meeting for the Financial Advice team
- Cross-selling other business areas where possible
- Updating the in-house management system with accurate information
- Working to meet/deliver personal and team targets
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must have experience within similar sales-based role
- Enthusiastic and driven to meet/exceed targets
- Flexibility to work late shifts (up to 8pm)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional and self-motivated
