Technical Trainer
Gatwick Airport
Paying up to £55p/h Umbrella (DOE)
ARM has partnered with a large Aerospace client who is looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to work on a 6-month contract based out of Gatwick Airport. As The Technical Trainer, you'll be responsible for organizing and developing training courses, preparing paperwork, and delivering training.
Responsibilities:
- The delivery of all technical training of Part 145 to staff.
- All technical training associated with desired business needs.
- Continuation Training to include HF, FTS and EWIS theoretical and practical training.
- Prepare technical training and continue to improve our current courses.
- Develop instructor materials (course outlines, lesson plans, background material, instructional materials, and training aids)
- Extensive ability to develop and deliver training material using various methods i.e. (classroom-based, eLearning, Virtual etc.)
Experience required:
- Hold UK/EASA Part 66 Licence / Aerospace Engineering degree or have experience in aircraft technical training.
- Must be conversant with EASA regulations.
- Must have experience in aircraft engineering or working within an MRO environment.
- Hold an appropriate professionally recognized training certificate
- Clear communication skills both oral and written.
