£25,000 per annum, Permanent, Horsham, 8:30am - 5:00pm, 31 days holiday including bank holiday

Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their small yet dynamic team in Horsham, assisting the manager with various administrative and sales tasks. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, eager to support the team and tackle tasks as needed. Some of the daily duties include:

  • Running purchase order reports and confirming delivery dates with suppliers
  • Booking carriers and handling any queries
  • Answering and transferring phone calls
  • Chasing customer payments
  • Running delivery due lists and informing the sales team of any issues

Our client will provide full training for the role, although the ideal candidate will have some experience in an office environment or as an Administrator. Our client is a well-established stockholder offering an extensive range of various metals. They supply metal products to order and provide a comprehensive range of professional metal processing and packaging services for their customers.
