Job Role:
- Provide dedicated support to students with challenging behaviours on a 1-2-1 basis.
- Collaborate as a Behaviour Mentor/Classroom Assistant
- Serve as a positive role model, inspiring students on their educational journey.
- Deliver personalized intervention sessions focused on communication and behaviours.
- Assist students in rediscovering their enthusiasm for learning.
