This role offers a blend of office and remote work, providing flexibility and opportunities for personal and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and effective processing of data and documentation related to apprenticeships.
- Communicate effectively via phone and email to address queries and provide information promptly.
- Update spreadsheets and bespoke systems accurately to record the end-to-end process of apprenticeship activities.
- Support the Apprenticeship Commissioners and Co-ordinator by providing them with necessary information and assistance.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and managers to ensure understanding and achievement of apprenticeship requirements and outcomes.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data and documentation accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and bespoke systems to update and maintain records.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and provide support as needed.
- Commitment to understanding and meeting the requirements of apprenticeship programs.
