This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known manufacturing company that works with the Formula 1 / Motorsport industry. This is a job-share position, working for 25 hours per week, with flexibility on the days/hours worked.
Your new role
As the successful candidate, your duties will include:
- Budgeting, strategic planning, forecasting across P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow
- Flash and Actual reporting of actual results for the SLT
- Fixed asset accounting and CAPEX reporting
- Direct and indirect tax accounting
- Nominal ledger management
- Overseeing expenses and intercompany recharging
- Monitoring staff travel and admin of expenses
- Ensuring processes and controls operate effectively
- Assisting with audit enquiries
- Assisting with annual financial statements
- Business partner with stakeholders, highlighting financial performance
What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate, you will need to have / be:
- Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA, or equivalent
- Strong technical accounting experience
- Management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel
- Manufacturing experience is beneficial
