Description

  • Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organisation.
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage and report on organisational budgets and financial performance.
  • Implement and maintain operational systems and processes.
  • Coordinate with other department heads to optimise operational efficiency.
  • Support the team by facilitating training and development initiatives.
  • Participate in organisational planning and strategy meetings.

Profile

A successful Finance & Operations Manager should have:

  • A degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A deep understanding of the Not For Profit sector.

Job Offer

  • A salary range between £34,000 and £39,000 per year (pro-rated)
