- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organisation.
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans.

- Manage and report on organisational budgets and financial performance.

- Coordinate with other department heads to optimise operational efficiency.
- Support the team by facilitating training and development initiatives.

Profile
A successful Finance & Operations Manager should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
- Strong financial and operational management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Offer
- A salary range between £34,000 and £39,000 per year (pro-rated)
