Protiviti - a Global Management Consulting firm, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Controller with proficiency in SAP Business ByDesign to join our global Telecoms client's finance team. As a Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic guidance to optimise financial performance.
Protiviti's client are a world leader in hardware backed mobile device security, app protection and secures a range of mission critical in vehicle systems. Their tech is used in more than two billion devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Work with SAP Business ByDesign improving financial controls and processes.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, forecasts, and budgets to provide insightful analysis for decision-making.
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk management activities.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- SAP Business ByDesign specific experience is not essential, however experience with SAP is.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, preferably in the Telecoms industry.
- Proven experience working on high profile financial process improvement programmes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are able to deliver with quality to tight deadlines.
