My client is an award winning house builder, experiencing significant growth and are now looking to add an outstanding Bid Writer to the team.

Description

As the Copywriter / Bid Writer - Construction you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely information is produced for qualitative submissions including SQs and ITTs
  • Complete bid launch presentations
  • Provide exemplary qualitative answers for SQs and tenders where required and liaise with pre-construction and regional teams
  • Carry out quality client research
  • Filing of excellent responses into the submission library
  • Improving existing material in the submission library
  • Write case studies for new projects and those with upcoming events and keep up to date
  • Plus much more!

Profile

The successful Copywriter / Bid Writer - Construction will have / be:

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar Bid Writer / Copywriter position
  • Experience within the built environment would be highly desirable
  • Experience bidding for opportunities with local authorities and housing associations is desirable
  • Excellent, accurate written English
  • The ability to communicate complex ideas persuasively and succinctly
  • Attention to detail with the ability to secure timely, accurate and relevant support from colleagues to answer questions.
