Your new role
In this role you will be operating blasting machinery using a variety of chemical compounds to assist in the manufacturing of a diverse range of Aerospace products. You will be given in-house training to start and will become certified in the use of said machinery - allowing the opportunity to progress in this field of engineering.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need:
- An enthusiastic attitude to being trained and certified in the given engineering field
- Excellent time management skills
- Good general fitness and the ability to use general workshop machinery
- Experience working 40hr weeks in a fast-paced environment
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of £22-28k (dependent on hours worked), in-house training & development (along with certification in blasting operations), and the chance to progress in the business, allowing you to develop your skill-set and opportunities further.
