Business Studies Teacher

Are you a Business Studies Teacher? Do you have a passion for education and teaching young people? If so, this role could be for you! Zest Education are looking to recruit a business studies teacher for a secondary school in Wolverhampton. This role is full time from January 2025 but part time (0.8) may be considered for the right candidate.

This school has had recent refurbishment and an influx on amazing new resources. This has allowed lessons to be more creative and dynamic with students improving within academic and attainment levels and the school is continually looking to ensure their students develop into respectable and inspiring individuals.

The successful candidate will have to quickly adapt and create relationships with the wider school staff and have proven experience with classroom behaviour management.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS
  • A strong passion for the subject of Business Studies and excellent subject knowledge across KS4 and KS5
  • A team ethos and desire to be part of a strong team environment
  • The ability to plan, mark and deliver high quality lessons (planning and marking only for short/long term placements).
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management
  • Be confident in using ICT in their professional role
