We are currently recruiting for a Facilities operative to work within SW11 on a ongoing basis which can lead to perm.
Working hours: Tuesday-Friday 07:15am-1600pm Saturday 0700am-1700pm (Sunday Monday off) Including meal breaks. Working hours will be flexible working outside of term time and will be required to work Monday-Friday
Salary- £27,352 plus overtime
Key responsibilities,
- Keyholder responsibilities
- Swimming pool operations, security personnel
- Monitoring all water,L8/legionella controls and records, undertaking temperature checks and flushing procedures
- Assisting room set ups
- Delivery of mail, stationary and other materials
- Risk assessments and procedures to reduce risk
- Maintain accurate records, using computer
Qualifications/Knowledge,
- HSE qualification
- Knowledge of facilities and maintenance
- First aid certificate
Enhanced DBS check or willing to be put through one.
