Recruitment Manager (Managed Services Provider - MSP), Financial Services, Up to £75,000 + 20% Bonus + Benefits, Hybrid Working i.e. 2 days a week working from home, London

Overview of the Recruitment Manager:

We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to manage a newly acquired client where you will take full responsibility for managing the contingent workers across this businesses UK and US territories. Currently this client has @200 contingent workers (160 in the UK and 40 in the UK)

The Recruitment Manager will play a key role in managing and sourcing contractors for the end client and help deliver a quality led candidate experience, whilst driving cost save for the client. The Recruitment Manager will also be accountable for the governance and compliance of all contingent workers, whilst ensuring SLA adherence and reporting.

Managing a team of 3 (Recruiter - UK, Recruiter - US and a Recruitment Coordinator UK) the Recruitment Manager can also be supported by wider company's account delivery team and business support services based offsite.

Recruitment Manager Duties:

  • Be accountable for delivering a best-in-class MSP service
  • Be the key point of knowledge for MSP process, governance and compliance, including IR35, worker classification and Agency Worker Regulations (AWR)
  • Manage the entire end-to-end contractor recruitment process; ensuring compliance with all policies and processes
  • Take responsibility to manage a small team (3) and ensure individual KPIs, client SLAs are met
  • Ensure all requirements flow through the Managed Services Provider, ensuring the delivery team hit the direct fill KPI's
  • Accountable for the data integrity on the Vendor Management System (Talentlink)
  • Monitor active contingent workforce data to mitigate any risks
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly and yearly management information to the end client
  • Ownership and management of MSP supply chain i.e. 3rd part agencies
  • Help drive cost savings for the client through direct delivery team and cost save initiatives
  • Be the main client point of contact for escalations, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently

What's in your DNA / Experience Needed:

  • Experience in managing a contingent worker MSP account within Financial Services would be a strong advantage to the position
  • Experience in driving direct sourcing and cost saving initiatives
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, high-volume environment
  • Commercial acumen
  • Demonstration of driving operational best practice
  • Experience managing an MSP account across multiple locations is preferable
