What you'll be doing
- Overseeing all aspects of disrepair works from start to finish.
- Adherence to contracts, KPIs, and value for money in efficiency, economy, and effectiveness.
- Identifying defects, preparing detailed reports, schedules of repairs, and associated specifications and estimates.
- Offering expert guidance on building defects, diagnosis, and remedial recommendations.
- Conducting thorough surveys, producing accurate reports, and recommending appropriate remedial work, especially for damp and disrepair issues.
- Adhering to legal and regulatory requirements, their standing orders, and financial regulations.
- Assisting in the technical growth of colleagues within Property Services.
- Embracing evolving duties as the role develops within Property Operations.

- A Degree in Building Surveying (or similar field)
- A full UK driving license
