Financial Administrator - Wealth Management - Offices in Newbury - Remote Role - Lots of flexible working - perhaps 1 or 2 days in office - £28k - £34k basic salary

My client is a Chartered boutique wealth planning business with offices across the Southeast who have been operating for many years with significant financial backing. I have met the Directors twice and placed close to 10 staff into the business including administrators, paraplanners, advisers and compliance professionals. They have an excellent reputation providing very solid whole of market advice to private clients who are City professionals, families, business owners retirees and accumulators. Many of their clients fall into the HNW category with over £2m of assets to invest. This business has a team of c. 20 staff with 5 Advisers and a full administrative and paraplanning team who support them in a smooth and effective advice offering to their clients. However, they have other businesses bolted on who offer different services.

A vacancy has come available for an experienced Financial Administrator who can administer all the necessary client services and back-office administration from start to finish. You will report into an Operations Manager, and you may be allocated your own adviser to support. Experience using Intelligent Office is a MUST HAVE. My client will consider a more junior candidate, but they must have the right attitude and willingness to get stuck in and learn.

The role can offer extensive flexibility, but you will be asked to come to the offices near Newbury perhaps once a week, this will be more once you are being inducted. If you are sitting any exams towards your level 4 diploma, then my client will support you with your studies, but this role would be suitable for a career administrator. My client places a lot of emphasis on staff wellbeing and team rapport and regularly enjoy company socials and trips away. My client are looking to offer circa £28k - £34k basic salary plus a comprehensive study support package and benefits. The role can progress into paraplanning or a more senior administrator/team leader. My client will also consider candidates on a part-time basis - who can work 4 days per week.

If this role sounds of interest or any other roles I am working on please get in touch. Contact Sam at Financial Divisions.
