Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a rewarding career in property management? Our recruitment agency is partnering with a leading estate agency in Hexham to find a Property Management Accounts Assistant to join their successful team.
Role Overview: As a Property Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Reconciliation of client monies and credit control
- Managing purchase ledger and preparing rental statements
- Processing agent fees and handling incoming and outgoing deposits
- Collaborating with Property Managers and the Accounts team to reconcile bank accounts
Ideal Candidate:
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a demanding workload and maintain composure under pressure
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Experience with VAT and property-related accounts is advantageous
- Service charge experience is desirable but not essential
- Must hold a full driving license and have access to a personal vehicle
